Easy canting keel handling
The keel handling is very simple due to a manual handle, positioned on both the starboard and the port side, which pumps pressure into the accumulator. By pressing just one button, the keel is pushed into full swing by the accumulator in only 8 seconds.
All of the hoses are made from Kevlar and overpressure is prevented by the hydraulic oil that rotates through a valve in the system. In light weather conditions or in the event that a full swing of the keel is not required, the accumulator can also be switched off and handled manually. The keel handling system works without any electronics, keeping it safe and simple. In case of a failure (e.g. pressure loss) the keel locks itself mechanically in the centre position.

G-Force Yachts can ensure that your X-Treme 30 is shipped to whichever international sailing event you want to participate in. We will handle all the transportation and document issues; all you need to do is show up, launch the boat and race. We’ll also ensure that your boat is transported back to its home destination after the event.
